RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

RETURNS
As our fine art prints are made-to-order specifically for you, we cannot accept returns on custom orders unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at roy@fraserportraits.com. We'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

REFUNDS
Refunds are issued for damaged or defective items once we've reviewed photographic evidence. Please allow 5-7 business days for refunds to process.

EXCHANGES
We're happy to exchange damaged items for replacements. Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

PROCESSING TIME
Refund and exchange requests are typically processed within 2-3 business days.
